Agreement with MISAFIL

 

Agreement on cooperation with the "Free Sovereign Union"

Article 1. Independent sovereign state «Free Sovereign Union» and independent international organization «Main International Supervisory Authority of International Law» (Parties of the agreement), as independent subjects of public international law, have the right to represent and protect the interests of both parties in the international arena, are aimed at effective interaction, development and creation, preservation of the highest values, honor and dignity, the rule of law, inviolability and security, protection of Sovereignty and goals for everyone who is a participant Parties according to their rules.

 

Article 2. The moment of conclusion of this Agreement is the beginning of Parties interaction. Indefinite validity approved Agreement, subject to agreement, unless otherwise specified. Termination or Termination Agreement occurs at the moment when either party fails to comply with the agreement or terminates cooperation.

 

Article 3. Parties take personal full responsibility according to the agreements. Any additions, deviations and changes are determined by all Parties. The security, preservation and protection of personal, personal data and information for all Parties is mandatory.

 

Article 4. Upon termination Agreement, each party must reimburse the costs of the other party for all prisoners agreements between Parties.

 

Article 5. All disputes arising are resolved by an independent impartial Sovereign Tribunal (court) any of Parties or other court specified in a particular Agreement in advance by agreement Parties.

 

Article 6. Nothing in the present Agreement cannot be interpreted or construed as granting anyone (individual subjects or persons or a group of persons) the right to engage in any activity or perform actions aimed at destroying this Agreement, discredit reputation Parties, the destruction of the rights and freedoms set forth in this Agreement, is prohibited.
